The First Conference of States Parties (CSP) to the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) will be held in Cancun, Mexico 24-27 August. The Norwegian Forum for Development and Environment and the global Control Arms coalition encourages Norway's Foreign Minister to attend the High-Level meeting to support the groundbreaking new treaty that can help save lives and get the deadly trade out of the shadows.
